Cara Alessandra i miei Auguri a forma di gufo vengono volando da te. Sotto le sue alle ferme e il suo sguardo buffo potrai sentirti al sicuro. E' il simbolo della saggezza e della sapienza, ed aiuta a sostenere gli esami (inclusi quelli della vita...).
Racconta una legenda popolare che nell'inizio dei tempi, quando Dio creo il mondo con tutti i suoi animali, si rese conto, guardando il gufo, che l'aveva fatto proprio strano. Si pentì di averli dato quelli occhi, così esageratamente grandi e quelle strane abitudini notturne. Allora, pensò di farli un grande dono: sarebbe diventato l'animale della buona sorte! Avrebbe sempre portato con se i buoni auspici, per rendere migliore la vita di coloro che lo accogliessero in casa.
Ingredienti:
200 gr. di riso pe sushi
150 gr. di filetto di salmone
150 gr. di filetto di tono
1/2 avvocado
1 uovo
un pizzico di prezzemolo
1/2 tazzina di accetto di riso (o mela)
2 cucchiaini di zucchero
2 fogli di alga nori
1 oliva nera (gli occhi del gufo)
semi di papavere
semi di sesamo
salsa di soya (G.F)
Per preparare il per il sushi (vedere qui)
Nella versione dei maki a forma di goccia il ripieno è di tonno e frittata al prezzemolo. L'alga nori va arrotolata all'interno e al riso ho aggiunto semi di sesamo e papavero.
Nella versione dei maki tonda il ripieno è di salmone e avocado. L'alga nori è al esterno e il riso è senza semi.
Con l'avocado, qualche strisce di frittata e tanto amore, ho fatto i dettagli!
io vorrei che poteste vedere il mio cuore... anzi, forse preferirei che lo vedesse un cardiologo, in questo momento...
